Returns and exchanges can be made for free at any of our Bikini Village stores.

No return, exchange or refund
If the time limit is passed, we will not be able to process your return or exchange. No exceptions will be allowed.
Conditions and eligibility for returns and exchanges:
Original receipt: If you provided your email address during your purchase, we can retrieve your original receipt. Without the original receipt, we cannot process a return or an exchange.
Product condition: Bikini Village reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange of merchandise that does not meet one of the following conditions: If the item has been worn, misused, altered, soiled, washed or damaged in any way. Price tags must still be attached and the sanitary protection must not have been removed. No returns, exchanges or refunds.
Promotion: Please note that returning items purchased during a promotion may void the terms of that offer. In this case, the value of the returned item and other items included in the promotion will be recalculated according to the new sales terms. No returns, exchanges or refunds for cosmetic products and jewelry.
Refunds: You will get a refund according to the original payment method. If the original payment method cannot be provided, the refund will be done on a gift-card. Please note that when returning an item originally purchased using PayPal to a Bikini Village store, the refund will be issued as a Bikini Village gift card.
Gift with Purchase: If you are returning items that were qualified to receive a gift with purchase, you must also return the gift with the item(s) included in that promotion while respecting the conditions and eligibility for a return or an exchange. If the gift with purchase is not returned, the price of the item will be deducted from the return. In the case, where a balance would remain to be paid by the customer, the return will not be processed.
Gift Card: A gift card cannot be refunded or replaced if lost or stolen.
Price adjustment: Bikini Village does not offer price adjustment.

Modifications or Cancellations of an Online Purchase: Online purchases cannot be cancelled or modified after payment has been received. You may place a new order with the desired items and proceed to the return of the order requiring a modification or cancellation.

In-Store Returns - PayPal Purchases: Please note that when returning an item originally purchased using PayPal to a Bikini Village store, the refund will be issued as a Bikini Village gift card.
If your order was shipped in multiple packages, the returned items must be associated with their initial return label. If you wish to return items from several different packages, these items should not be returned together.

The returned or exchanged merchandise must meet the terms, conditions and eligibility below.
A fee of $15.00 plus applicable taxes will be deducted from your refund when you return by mail with the prepaid return label.
If the value of your return is less than the cost of the return label, no refund will be issued. For lower-value returns, we recommend visiting one of our stores. Find a store near you.

Procedure
- Prepare your return request by downloading the return form.
- Follow the instructions and complete all sections of the return form.
- Use the shipping label provided in your package.
- Prepare your package and include all products to be returned while respecting the product conditions and the return form.
- Attach the return label, making sure the barcode is visible.
- Ship your package by dropping it off at a Canada Post mailbox or at any Canada Post location.
- If the items you wish to return come from different packages, repeat the above steps for each package.
- Upon receipt of your return at our return center, please allow up to 10 business days to receive your refund.
If the procedure is not respected or elements are missing, the return may not be processed and the merchandise will be returned at the customer's expense.

Purchasing Policy
The price for each product ordered is the price displayed on the website.
The total number of items allowed per transaction is 10.
Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday (except holidays). Your package will be shipped via Canada Post or FedEx.
The shipping and transportation costs and applicable sales taxes are not included in the price.
Bikini Village reserves the right to modify at any time, without notice, the prices of the products shown on the website.
All prices are in Canadian dollars ($ CAD).
Product prices advertised on the website may differ from the prices in Bikini Village stores.
In the event of an error following an online order, you will be contacted by email or phone and an adjustment will be made, if applicable. For example, if a product is not available, there is an error in the collection of taxes, or a product is recalled.
An e-gift card that is purchased online will be sent by e-mail. Traditional Gift cards can be bought and are rechargeable in-store only.
Product availability Policy
Bikini Village does not guarantee, under any circumstances, the availability of products offered online. If Bikini Village cannot deliver a product ordered due to insufficient inventory, you will be notified by email or phone.
Bikini Village is not responsible for any inconvenience or any loss due to non-availability of a product or service.

All shipping costs are in Canadian dollars. Please see the table below. Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days. For delivery, some exceptions apply.

Online orders are shipped with FedEx, Purolator, and Canada Post. Please note that we do not deliver to P.O. boxes.
Shipping Policy
Bikini Village reserves the right to modify shipping fees at any time without notice.
The purchased items will be shipped as soon as possible once the order is processed. Processing and delivery times may vary according to the shipping address and product availability. The estimated delivery dates are calculated from the moment the products leave the Bikini Village warehouse.
Once the shipping company takes possession of the items, Bikini Village waives any right of ownership in favour of the buyer.
Delivery of products is subject to the rules and regulations of the shipping company and those related to signature attesting to the receipt of the goods. If you are absent at the time of delivery, the tracking and pick up of products according to the rules and procedures of the shipping company will be your responsibility.
All shipped orders will have a return label included in the parcel. Should you choose to return merchandise and use the return label, the amount of $15.00 + taxes will be deducted from your refund.
Unfortunately, we do not currently provide delivery to addresses outside of Canada.
In the event that a package is returned to us due to unsuccessful delivery (including but not limited to incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect), a return processing fee of $15.00 + taxes will be deducted from your refund.
Sales Tax
Sales tax varies according to the shipping address. For example, if the order is shipped to British Columbia, but the billing address is in Quebec, the sales tax in British Columbia will be added to your bill. The applicable provincial sales tax will be added to all orders.
