If the time limit is passed, we will not be able to process your return or exchange. No exceptions will be allowed.
Conditions and eligibility for returns and exchanges:
Original receipt: If you provided your email address during your purchase, we can retrieve your original receipt. Without the original receipt, we cannot process a return or an exchange.
Product condition: Bikini Village reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange of merchandise that does not meet one of the following conditions: If the item has been worn, misused, altered, soiled, washed or damaged in any way. Price tags must still be attached and the sanitary protection must not have been removed. No returns, exchanges or refunds.
Promotion: Please note that returning items purchased during a promotion may void the terms of that offer. In this case, the value of the returned item and other items included in the promotion will be recalculated according to the new sales terms. No returns, exchanges or refunds for cosmetic products and jewelry.
Refunds: You will get a refund according to the original payment method. If the original payment method cannot be provided, the refund will be done on a gift-card. Please note that when returning an item originally purchased using PayPal to a Bikini Village store, the refund will be issued as a Bikini Village gift card.
Gift with Purchase: If you are returning items that were qualified to receive a gift with purchase, you must also return the gift with the item(s) included in that promotion while respecting the conditions and eligibility for a return or an exchange. If the gift with purchase is not returned, the price of the item will be deducted from the return. In the case, where a balance would remain to be paid by the customer, the return will not be processed.
Gift Card: A gift card cannot be refunded or replaced if lost or stolen.
Price adjustment: Bikini Village does not offer price adjustment.

Modifications or Cancellations of an Online Purchase: Online purchases cannot be cancelled or modified after payment has been received. You may place a new order with the desired items and proceed to the return of the order requiring a modification or cancellation.

In-Store Returns - PayPal Purchases: Please note that when returning an item originally purchased using PayPal to a Bikini Village store, the refund will be issued as a Bikini Village gift card.
If your order was shipped in multiple packages, the returned items must be associated with their initial return label. If you wish to return items from several different packages, these items should not be returned together.

This procedure only applies to online purchases made on www.bikinivillage.com.
The returned or exchanged merchandise must meet the terms, conditions and eligibility below.
A fee of $15.00 plus applicable taxes will be deducted from your refund when you return by mail with the prepaid return label.
If the value of your return is less than the cost of the return label, no refund will be issued. For lower-value returns, we recommend visiting one of our stores. Find a store near you.
If your order was shipped in multiple packages, the returned items must be associated with their initial return label. If you wish to return items from several different packages, these items should not be returned together.
Procedure
- Prepare your return request by downloading the return form.
- Follow the instructions and complete all sections of the return form.
- Use the shipping label provided in your package.
- Prepare your package and include all products to be returned while respecting the product conditions and the return form.
- Attach the return label, making sure the barcode is visible.
- Ship your package by dropping it off at a Canada Post mailbox or at any Canada Post location.
- If the items you wish to return come from different packages, repeat the above steps for each package.
- Upon receipt of your return at our return center, please allow up to 10 business days to receive your refund.
If the procedure is not respected or elements are missing, the return may not be processed and the merchandise will be returned at the customer's expense.

Purchasing Policy
The price for each product ordered is the price displayed on the website.
The total number of items allowed per transaction is 10.
Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday (except holidays). Your package will be shipped via Canada Post or FedEx.
The shipping and transportation costs and applicable sales taxes are not included in the price.
Bikini Village reserves the right to modify at any time, without notice, the prices of the products shown on the website.
All prices are in Canadian dollars ($ CAD).
Product prices advertised on the website may differ from the prices in Bikini Village stores.
In the event of an error following an online order, you will be contacted by email or phone and an adjustment will be made, if applicable. For example, if a product is not available, there is an error in the collection of taxes, or a product is recalled.
An e-gift card that is purchased online will be sent by e-mail. Traditional Gift cards can be bought and are rechargeable in-store only.
Product availability Policy
Bikini Village does not guarantee, under any circumstances, the availability of products offered online. If Bikini Village cannot deliver a product ordered due to insufficient inventory, you will be notified by email or phone.
Bikini Village is not responsible for any inconvenience or any loss due to non-availability of a product or service.

Online orders are shipped with FedEx, Purolator, and Canada Post. Please note that we do not deliver to P.O. boxes.
Shipping Policy
Bikini Village reserves the right to modify shipping fees at any time without notice.
The purchased items will be shipped as soon as possible once the order is processed. Processing and delivery times may vary according to the shipping address and product availability. The estimated delivery dates are calculated from the moment the products leave the Bikini Village warehouse.
Once the shipping company takes possession of the items, Bikini Village waives any right of ownership in favour of the buyer.
Delivery of products is subject to the rules and regulations of the shipping company and those related to signature attesting to the receipt of the goods. If you are absent at the time of delivery, the tracking and pick up of products according to the rules and procedures of the shipping company will be your responsibility.
All shipped orders will have a return label included in the parcel. Should you choose to return merchandise and use the return label, the amount of $15.00 + taxes will be deducted from your refund.
Unfortunately, we do not currently provide delivery to addresses outside of Canada.
In the event that a package is returned to us due to unsuccessful delivery (including but not limited to incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect), a return processing fee of $15.00 + taxes will be deducted from your refund.
Sales Tax
Sales tax varies according to the shipping address. For example, if the order is shipped to British Columbia, but the billing address is in Quebec, the sales tax in British Columbia will be added to your bill. The applicable provincial sales tax will be added to all orders.

What personal information we collect

Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site.
Additionally, when you sign up to become a member, make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we may collect certain information from you, including your name, birth year, billing address, shipping address, type of credit card, last 4 digits of credit card number, order history, IP address, email address, phone number, gender, language, size and product preferences.

We record customer service calls and maintain a transcript of chats (such as, chats with our live agents and chatbots , including artificial intelligence chatbots) for quality assurance and training.
When you use the Bikini Village's AI virtual assistant, you consent to the collection of any personal information that you choose to provide. In general, this may include your full name, email, location and the questions or comments you submit. We request that you not provide any confidential or privileged information or sensitive personal information when using the Bikini Village's AI virtual assistant.
From time to time, we may collect the following types of personal information from third parties for the purposes described in “HOW WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION”:
- • Personal information shared by marketing partners and service providers that helps Bikini Village provide more relevant products and advertising or to better address the demands of our customers.
- • Exceptionally, personal information from law enforcement or other governmental authorities.

- • Pixels Tracking pixels are 1x1 images created with a small piece of HTML coding, used to track behavior when a user lands a website page or clicks into an email.

- Chat/interaction data: messages exchanged with support; date and time of message;date, time, and content of replies to surveys; customer’s clicks on pop-ups and/or banners);
- Historical data regarding prior navigation and chat/interaction.

- Co-Browsing Support. If you contact us for assistance via our AI virtual Assistant, a customer support representative may request your permission to initiate a co-browsing session to help navigate our website or troubleshoot issues. If you choose to participate, the representative may temporarily view your interaction with our website for the sole purpose of providing assistance. Co-browsing is available only with your permission, you can stop it anytime, it is limited to our website, and cannot access other websites, browser tabs, applications, or your device.
Personal information and other designated data fields are automatically masked and cannot be viewed by our representatives. Co-browsing sessions are not recorded and are used solely to provide customer support.
You can change your cookie settings at any time by clicking on the cookie preferences icon shown below, located at the bottom left of this page. This allows you to adjust your consent choices and manage the types of cookies you wish to accept or decline.
How we use your personal information

We may also disclose de-identified or aggregated information about your interactions with the Village's AI virtual assistant with third parties.

If you are no longer a Bikini Village customer and would like your account information to be anonymized, you can contact our customer service representatives at privacy@bikinivillage.com. However, please note that even after your personal information is anonymized, we have a legal requirement to keep strictly essential personal information that ensures we meet regulatory requirements, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and abuse, or enforce our Terms & Conditions.
Crossjurisdictional transfers
Your personal information may be transferred to and stored in secured locations and on servers controlled by Bikini Village or its service providers located in various jurisdictions for the same purposes described in “HOW WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION”. - We prioritize the privacy and security of our users' information. Be aware that AI virtual assistant conversations may be reviewed by LVER employees and while the system retains logs of these conversations up to 9 months, this data is not used to train AI models.

If you choose to use our Site to purchase products, you will be required to provide certain contact, payment and shipping information. By uploading a picture to Instagram and/or Facebook with the hashtag #MyBikiniStory and/or tagging @BikiniVillage (hereinafter, “Credentials”), you hereby grant to Boutique La Vie En Rose Inc. (Bikini Village), its affiliates, subsidiaries, wholesale partners, franchisees, advertising and promotional agencies, and their agents and representatives (collectively, “Bikini Village”), the irrevocable, unrestricted, royalty-free worldwide right to use, incorporate, publish, display, broadcast, edit, modify, prepare derivative works and distribute any materials, content, illustrations, photos, videos, comments, or information relating to the photo (hereinafter, “Material”) in whole or in part, including those bearing your name, voice, image, likeness, and/or any other identifiable representation of yourself (collectively, “Your Likeness”). The Material may appear in any form, style, color or medium throughout the world, whether now known or hereinafter devised, including without limitation, photographs, videotapes, films, sound recordings, software, drawings, prints, broadcast, in-store displays, internet, email, catalog, Bikini Village websites, Bikini Village social networking web pages, and all forms of print, radio, television, home-video and other interactive “electronic” media, in perpetuity without any compensation, consideration or consent.
By identifying our Credentials, you warrant and represent that: (a) you are the author of the Material and own all rights to use it or, alternatively, have the right to grant us the rights described above; (b) you have paid or will pay in full any fees or other payments that may be related to the use of the Material; (c) the Material does not infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks, rights of privacy, publicity or other intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity; (d) publication of the Material via various medias will not infringe on the rights of any third parties; (e) you have obtained permission from all persons whose name, voice, image, likeness and/or any other identifiable representation are included in the Material. Items will be shipped as soon as possible once your order is accepted. Processing and delivery times may vary according to the shipping address and product availability, and may be affected by other factors not in the control of Boutique La Vie en Rose Inc. Delivery dates are estimated and not guaranteed. Deliveries are made Monday through Friday (holidays excluded). Packages are shipped by either Canada Post, FedEx or Purolator.
As soon as the shipping company takes possession of the products, Boutique La Vie en Rose Inc. relinquishes all property rights to the buyer.
Delivery of the products is subject to the rules of the shipping company as well as the rules concerning the signature acknowledging receipt of the products. If you are absent at the time of delivery, you will be responsible for tracking and collecting the products according to the rules and procedures of the shipping company.
We currently offer shipping to street addresses and P.O. boxes within Canada. We do not offer international shipping.

Returns and Exchanges
Boutique la Vie en Rose Inc. offers refunds on eligible products purchased online, within 30 days from the date of purchase for regular-priced merchandise and within 15 days for merchandise on sale. Sales of body products and items sold to benefit the Roses of Hope Foundation are final, and no returns of such products or items will be accepted. Only products that are unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and packaging, and with the price tags still attached, will be eligible for return and refund. Refunds will be made by the same method of payment used for the original purchase and in accordance with our Return Policy. [We strongly recommend you do not remove your undergarments when trying on swimsuits until you are sure that the fit and style are to your liking.]
For products purchased during or in connection with a promotion, please note that the return of such products may cause the promotional terms to no longer be met. In this case, the value of the returned item and any items included in the promotion will be recalculated to match the new terms of sale.
For alternate items, return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order on our site for a new item.
Boutique la Vie en Rose Inc. reserves the right to refuse any exchanges or requests for refunds for products that are not specified above, including items that have been worn, abused, altered, soiled, washed or damaged in any way, in accordance with our Return Policy. Items received in such condition will be returned to the customer. No credit will be issued, and the purchaser will be charged for the return shipment and forfeit all claims.
No refund or credit will be given for shipping and handling charges, unless the original product was defective or if the exchange or refund is the result of an error by Boutique la Vie en Rose Inc. No, Bikini Village gift cards do not have expiration dates.

Return Policy

Merchandise purchased online can be exchanged or refunded at any of our Bikini Village stores. or can be returned by mail.

Yes. A return label will be included in your parcel. Should you choose to return merchandise and use the return label, the amount of $15.00 + taxes will be deducted from your refund. No refund or credit will be given for shipping and handling charges, unless merchandise is defective or Bikini Village is at fault. In these cases, Bikini Village will pay the shipping costs.
Returns sent by mail must be postdated within 30 days of the original date of purchase. Refunds will be made using the original method of payment and are usually processed within five business days of receipt of the goods at our warehouse.
Refunds are generally processed within five business days of receipt of the goods at our warehouse. However, depending on the financial institution, it may take up to 7 additional business days before the funds are back on your credit card.
Security & Confidentiality
Credit card information is sent to Beanstream servers. The information sent is parsed into a format the bank gateway understands and is sent to the bank via the internet. Once the bank receives this information, it is passed through the banking network. Bikini Village’s account is credited, the consumer’s credit card account is debited, and an authorization is sent back to Beanstream servers. At this point a receipt is generated and sent to the consumer's web browser and an email order notification is sent to the merchant. This all takes less than 30 seconds.
Any personal information we collect during your visit is used only with your prior knowledge and consent.
When using our website, you may be asked to voluntarily provide certain personal information such as your name, email address, postal address, and telephone number. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers. We use this information to complete your transaction and to apply for access to certain special features and functions of the website.
